
Bryan D. Dayton
Biography
Bryan Dayton grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. He attended The Military College of South Carolina – The Citadel for undergraduate studies focused in Criminal Justice. After university, Mr. Dayton joined the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer, serving one tour in the Middle East and two tours in Europe. While in the Military, Mr. Dayton earned the Ranger Tab, Airborne Wings, Air Assault Badge, and Expert Infantryman’s Award. After serving on active duty, Mr. Dayton joined, and is still a member of, the Georgia Army National Guard.
After his time on active duty, Bryan attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he graduated in the top 5 in his class. Bryan’s dedication to serving others drove his desire to pursue long term care and personal injury law.
Bryan started with Prieto Marigliano Holbert and Prieto in 2019 and continues to passionately fight for those affected by corporate malfeasance in the Nursing Industry.
