Elizabeth L. Evinger
Elizabeth L. Evinger started her legal career at Prieto, Marigliano, Holbert & Prieto in October of 2016. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in History in 2013. She then went on to earn her juris doctorate degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2016. Ms. Evinger is permitted to practice in front of the State Court of Georgia, Superior Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Ms. Evinger’s practice primarily focuses on representing and advocating for patients and families against long-term care facilities including skilled nursing, assisted living and sub-acute care. She has also assisted with personal injury matters including car wrecks, premise liability, and wrongful death matters.
Elizabeth is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the America Association for Justice.
Elizabeth was born and raised in the Atlanta area. When not at work, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family, including her Siberian Husky and her orange tabby cat.
