Biography

Antonio “Tony” DelCampo is a seasoned trial attorney at Prieto, DelCampo, Lopez, & Marigliano LLC, bringing decades of litigation experience in personal injury and complex civil matters.

A former State Court Judge in DeKalb County, Georgia, Tony has presided over high-profile and challenging cases, including civil claims arising from the historic Brian Nichols courthouse shooting, intricate medical malpractice suits, and major product liability trials with some of the largest verdicts in the state’s history.

Born in Lima, Peru, Tony immigrated to Atlanta in 1979 and earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 1994, where he served as an Editor of the law review.

Tony has a distinguished record of leadership in the legal community. On June 10, 2023, he was installed as the first Hispanic President of the State Bar of Georgia following service as the State Bar’s Treasurer and Secretary. He has also chaired the Board to Determine Fitness of Bar Applicants and been active in numerous bar and civic organizations.

Before joining Prieto, DelCampo, Lopez, & Marigliano LLC, Tony led a high-profile litigation practice and successfully secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients. He brings his deep courtroom insight, shaped by years on the bench and at trial, to every case he undertakes at our firm.
